How about if I tell you that  Dearborn is probably the best place to eat the most scrumptious middle eastern food in Unites States.   You can easily find authentic middle eastern food here due to concentration of Arab population in this part of Michigan. Road Trip to Montreal from East Coast

Road Trip to Montreal is a perfect long weekend getaway if you live in east coast.  Montreal is located next to Up State New York. Finally, on the three days weekend, we decided to do a road trip to Montreal.  It only took us about eight hours to drive to this French speaking city from New Jersey. From Versailles with Love

From the time I read the story about Marie Antoinette and Louis the XVI I promised myself to witness the glorious time of French monarchy or at least what have left of it. The Versailles palace was built during the reign of Louis the XIV that housed the French government, most notably its royalty. Versailles palace can be reached by a train plus a few blocks of walking, so you really don’t need to book a tour. Besides, the train ride gives you a chance to sneak peek into French countryside. I boarded a train from Paris to Versailles and walked from the train station to the gate of Versailles palace. Tip: buy the ticket ahead of time at the store next to the train station when you arrive to avoid the queue at the entrance. Continue reading →

Sometimes it amazes me how diverse and beautiful American landscape is. I had been thinking to fly to Dubai for sand boarding in the desert, but somehow something always got in the way. While researching about sand boarding, I accidentally found out that my nine hours away by car neighboring state-Michigan, offers exactly what I was looking for.
